I'm Martin Grosse – an analytics architect and engineer working independently under Engineered Analytics Ltd. I work with businesses across the UK and Europe to design and build data solutions that actually get used.

My background is in supply chain – which means I approach analytics problems differently. I care about structure, precision, and outcomes, not dashboards for their own sake. Over two decades I've moved from supply chain and operations into data platforms, and for the past ten years I've worked almost exclusively in analytics architecture: leading implementations for enterprise clients, serving teams across eight countries, and identifying six-figure savings within weeks of engagement.
